These Terms apply to all bookings, services, and website interactions.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation is sent via email once the booking is completed.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 72 hours before the flight: Full refund.
Cancellations within 24–72 hours: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-shows: No refund.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
Weather & Safety: Flights depend on safe weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any flight for safety reasons.
Health Disclosure: Passengers must be in good health. Pregnant guests and individuals with heart, back, or mobility issues may not be eligible to fly.
Age/Weight Limits:
Minimum age: 10 years old (with adult).
Maximum weight per person: 250 lbs unless otherwise pre-approved.
Company Liability: Ballooning is an adventurous activity. We assume no liability for personal injury or property loss except in cases of proven negligence.
Passenger Responsibility: Passengers must follow all safety instructions and assume responsibility for their personal belongings.
Ownership: All website content is the intellectual property of Phoenix Balloon Adventures.
Restrictions:
Do not copy, distribute, or exploit website content without permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt or hack the Site or Services.
Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, AZ.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, airspace restrictions, or emergency events.
