Hot air ballooning is a weather-sensitive activity, and your safety is always our top priority. All flight operations are subject to current weather conditions and may be delayed or canceled if conditions are unsafe for flying.

Flight Status Updates:
Flight decisions begin each morning at 6:00 AM (local time). If you’re booked for a flight, we’ll notify you by phone or email with any updates or changes regarding your scheduled launch.

🔐 Safety Tips for Your Phoenix Balloon Adventure

To ensure a safe and memorable experience for all passengers and spectators, please keep the following safety guidelines in mind:

  • Keep a Safe Distance: Stay well clear of any balloon during takeoff and landing. Avoid walking across balloon ropes or near burners.

  • Supervise Children: Young passengers must be closely supervised at all times on the ground and in the air.

  • Listen to Your Crew: Always follow instructions from our certified pilots and trained ground crew.

  • No Smoking: Propane is used to fuel balloon burners  please avoid smoking near equipment.

  • Drive Safely: If you spot balloons while driving, do not get distracted. Pull over in a safe area if you’d like to enjoy the view.

  • Mind Your Pets: The sounds of burners can startle animals. Be cautious when balloons are flying near your neighborhood.

☀️ Plan Your Morning for Takeoff

A successful flight begins with a little preparation:

  • Dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate layers.

  • Wear closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor terrain.

  • Bring a hat or sunglasses  the Arizona sun can be bright, even at dawn.

  • Arrive on time  your pickup or check-in time will be confirmed the night before.
