The flight itself lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour, but the total experience takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, including transportation, check-in, and post-flight celebration.

Yes, children aged 6 and up who are tall enough to see over the basket edge can fly. They must be accompanied by an adult.
We recommend comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes, and layers. It can be chilly in the early morning. Hats and sunglasses are also useful.

Yes. Ballooning is one of the safest forms of aviation. Our FAA-certified pilots have thousands of hours of flight experience, and we strictly follow all safety regulations.
If the weather is not suitable, your flight will be rescheduled or refunded in full. Safety is our top priority.
Flights usually range between 500 and 3,000 feet, depending on wind conditions and pilot strategy for views and landing zones.
Yes. Ballooning is not recommended for pregnant women, people with recent surgeries or serious mobility issues. Weight limits may apply and should be disclosed at booking.
No. Because the balloon moves with the wind, there’s no sense of motion or turbulence, and most passengers find the ride gentle and peaceful.
All balloons are equipped with backup burner systems, first-aid kits, and communication devices. Our balloons undergo routine maintenance and safety checks before each flight.
Not currently. All of our flights are free-flight adventures, offering the full sunrise experience over the Phoenix desert.
